Westside Tattoo LLC Deposit Policy

When you come into our studio, you are required to sign a copy of this policy and retain for your records. When you make an appointment over the phone we are in the understanding that you have read here, and/or been told our policies, understand and accept them.

 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!! Regardless of the amount. They are applied toward the price of your tattoo.

 

If you fail to show up to your appointment or CANCEL you lose your deposit.

In the event a deposit refund is approved, there will be a $20 fee to all credit card refunds.

 

If you need to reschedule, you must give us 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. Your deposit will remain valid towards your new appointment date.

 

You may only reschedule ONE TIME, before you lose your deposit.

 

If you give the 48 hours notice, but cannot reschedule, your deposit remains valid towards STORE CREDIT FOR 30 DAYS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

 

PICTURE ID IS REQUIRED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE WORK STATIONS. PLEASE LEAVE THEM AT HOME.

 

THERE ARE NO FREE TOUCH UPS ON HANDS OR FEET. ANYTHING ELSE GETS ONE FREE TOUCH UP WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF GETTING YOUR TATTOO. IF NEEDED. IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR TATTOO DURING THE HEALING PROCESS THE TOUCH UP WILL NO LONGER BE FREE. THIS IS AT ARTIST DISCRETION.
